Technical Assistance

Technical assistance or a TA, involves transferring knowledge from one entity to another. This process can take many forms, such as sharing information, disseminating educational materials, offering skill-based training, providing mentorship, engaging in project consultations, fostering networking opportunities, contributing to curriculum development, and more.

One of the primary functions of the Hispanic/Latino Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (H/LBH CoE) is to provide technical assistance (TA) to individuals and organizations to enhance capacity building among the workforce and promote the implementation of culturally responsive practices in behavioral health, specifically tailored to meet the needs of Hispanic and Latino individuals.
