Technical Assistance

Technical assistance or a TA, involves transferring knowledge from one entity to another. This process can take many forms, such as sharing information, disseminating educational materials, offering skill-based training, providing mentorship, engaging in project consultations, fostering networking opportunities, contributing to curriculum development, and more.

One of the primary functions of the Hispanic/ Latino Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (H/LBH CoE) is to provide technical assistance (TA) to individuals and organizations to enhance capacity building among the workforce and promote the implementation of culturally responsive and evidence-based practices in behavioral health, specifically tailored to meet the needs of Hispanic and Latine individuals.
